We are excited to announce Michael Hartman has joined Talution as an Advisory Board Member. For more than 15 years, we've partnered with Michael, and today, we collaborate with multiple teams at Salesforce, assisting their clients with Salesforce projects and resource allocation. What began as a humble request to assist a local firm in finding developers has blossomed into a robust national practice, fostering productive relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Michael, formerly EVP of North America Financial Services at Salesforce, played a key role in building, establishing and growing the FINS practice from the beginning. Collaborating closely with his team, he contributed significantly to driving the growth and customer success of a $2B+ business across all Salesforce products and solutions.

Currently, as SVP & GM of Regulated Industries at Databricks, a prominent leader in the data and AI industry, he helps develop and build global strategy, sales, and go-to-market approaches across Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and the Public Sector.

Over the years, Michael Hartman’s name has consistently been associated with admiration and gratitude from both customers and coworkers who had the opportunity to work with him. His mentorship has been a source of inspiration, propelling Talution Group’s commitment to leadership excellence and customer advocacy.

As an Advisor, Michael will play a crucial role in shaping our strategy, go-to-market approaches, and influencing our sales team. His guidance will help energize our practice expansion, enhance our service offerings, and foster client partnerships.
